Let us not forget our close proximity to peanut country; we must never take for granted the fact that a just a mere hour from our Cary Street location, the Peanut Patch Company of Courtland, VA, produces a variety of premium peanuts and peanut products for our enjoyment. Let us savor their extra large gourmet peanuts, grown to perfection in the sandy Tidewater soils of our fair Old Dominion. Let us give them as gifts for those from less fortunate peanut-deficient locales; we will also savor them at home, perhaps with a fine wine or beer, also from our store's shelves. I ask you for a brief moment of silence, in which we will all reflect on the greatness that is the Peanut Patch peanut (my personal choice for meditation is the redskin peanut but you may choose another variety).
